With regard to content hosted on PixelMe's servers, it is PixelMe's policy to block access to or remove material that it believes in good faith to be copyrighted material that has been illegally copied and distributed by any of our advertisers, affiliates, content providers, members or users; and remove account.



12. If you receive what you believe to be a phishing email with PixelMe URLs inside, please report them to us. We'll delete immediately URLs and accounts from those people.



13. GDPR compliant feature: PixelMe provides a simple and easy to use mechanism for collecting European visitors consents every-time they click on any of shorten links.



13.1. The GDPR compliant feature is only based on some basic requirements in the GDPR, it is therefore not a complete guarantee requirements set out in the GDPR.



13.2. 14. Unless an Order Form says something difsferent, (a) all subscriptions automatically renew for additional periods equal to one (1) year or the preceding term, whichever is shorter; and (b) the per-unit pricing during any automatic renewal term will remain the same as it was during the immediately prior term. Either party can give the other notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days before the end of a subscription term to stop the subscriptions from automatically renewing.



15. For a monthly subscription: a refund can be asked only if the refund is requested within 3 days of payment AND if there has been no activity on your account in that time and if is not the first month of the subscription.


15.1 For a yearly subscription: a refund can be asked only if the refund is requested within 10 days of payment AND if there has been no activity on your account in that time and if is not the first year of the subscription.

Pixelme uses software encryption technology to protect Confidential Information and users' data. To provide the highest-level security while balancing throughput and response times, Pixelme encrypts all users' data at rest (e.g., when the data is persisted) using industry best practice standards (e.g. using either AES-128, AES-256, or RSA with 2048-bit key size (or higher).


The cryptographic materials (e.g., encryption/decryption keys) and cryptographic capabilities (e.g., daemons implementing virtual Trusted Platform Modules and providing encryption/decryption APIs) used for encryption of users' data at rest are only accessible to the Developers' processes and services. Developers are not allowed to store users' data in removable media (e.g., USB) or unsecured public cloud applications (e.g., public links made available through Google Drive).
